“I appreciated the constant updates!”

I really appreciated the constant e-mail/phone updates. I called once to ask questions about my policy and every question was answered thoroughly. I wanted a term policy, received a universal life policy, but it was “modified” in some way that it starts term then changes if you’d like. That caught me off guard and I was glad there was someone to help explain it.
